Cancellation policy

Due to the high demand of our stylists, we require a deposit when an appointment is made. If cancellation occurs without a 48 hrs notice, you will be charged a percentage of the total service scheduled. Each deposit will go towards your future appointment unless the appointment is no call / no showed.
